How to publish a Grok app

To publish a Grok app today, add VibeLaunch as a custom MCP connector in Grok if your account exposes custom connectors, then ask Grok to publish. If not, ask Grok for browser-ready code and paste it into VibeLaunch.

Grok can draft the app; VibeLaunch gives it a home on the web. The custom connector path is the fastest option when available, and the paste flow remains the fallback.

Step by step

  1. Open Grok connectors

Go to grok.com/connectors, choose New Connector, select Custom, and paste https://mcp.vibelaunch.live/mcp as the MCP server URL.

  2. Sign in and approve access

Complete the VibeLaunch sign-in flow. Grok should then discover the VibeLaunch publishing tools for future chats.

  3. Ask Grok to publish

In the chat where you built the app, ask Grok to publish it on VibeLaunch. If Grok cannot use the connector in your account, ask for the complete browser-ready files instead.

  4. Use paste as the fallback

Paste Grok's HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and small assets into VibeLaunch to get the same live vibelaunch.live address.

Common problems

Grok supports custom MCP connectors. Add VibeLaunch with https://mcp.vibelaunch.live/mcp, then ask Grok to publish. If that connector option is unavailable in your account, use the paste flow.
Ask Grok to convert the project into browser-ready static files with an index.html entrypoint. VibeLaunch works best with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and small static assets.
Yes. Keep the app name the same when you publish an update, and VibeLaunch will update the existing live link instead of creating a new one.
