This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") covers what you can't publish or do on VibeLaunch. It's part of our Terms of Service.

1. The basics

VibeLaunch is built for creators publishing apps, tools, games, and experiments. We give you a lot of freedom. In return, we ask you not to use the platform to hurt people, break the law, or ruin the service for others.

If your content or behavior breaks the rules below, we may remove it, suspend your account, or terminate your access.

2. What you can't publish

Don't publish content that falls into these categories:

Illegal content:

  • Anything that violates US federal law, Wyoming state law, or the law where you live
  • Content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
  • Content that violates someone's privacy or publicity rights
  • Pirated software, movies, music, books, or other copyrighted material
  • Content that helps people break the law

Content that harms minors:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), full stop
  • Sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18
  • Content that grooms, exploits, or endangers children
  • We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law

Security threats:

  • Malware, viruses, worms, ransomware
  • Phishing pages or credential harvesting
  • Crypto miners running without visitor consent
  • Code designed to attack other systems
  • Code that exploits browser or platform vulnerabilities

Deception and impersonation:

  • Pretending to be someone else without permission
  • Pretending to be a real company, brand, or organization
  • Fake login pages for real services
  • Misleading content designed to scam people
  • Fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fabricated endorsements

Spam and commercial junk:

  • Mass-generated low-effort content
  • Pages built only to manipulate search engines
  • Pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, MLM recruitment funnels
  • Unauthorized advertising or affiliate spam

Violence and harassment:

  • Content that threatens, harasses, or bullies specific people
  • Content that promotes violence against people or groups
  • Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
  • Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism
  • Doxxing (publishing private info to harm someone)

Adult content:

  • We don't allow pornographic or sexually explicit content on .vibelaunch.live subdomains
  • This applies even between consenting adults

Hate and discrimination:

  • Content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or veteran status
  • Symbols, imagery, or slogans from hate groups used to promote those groups

3. What you can't do

Account abuse:

  • Don't create multiple accounts to evade limits or bans
  • Don't sell or transfer your account
  • Don't share your login with others

Platform abuse:

  • Don't try to break, overload, or exploit our infrastructure
  • Don't probe our systems for vulnerabilities without permission (use hello@vibelaunch.live to report security issues responsibly)
  • Don't scrape or extract data from VibeLaunch in ways that violate these terms
  • Don't use VibeLaunch to attack other sites or services
  • Don't reverse-engineer or copy the VibeLaunch product

Resource abuse:

  • Don't use VibeLaunch primarily for file storage, video hosting, or backups
  • Don't run apps that consume unreasonable resources
  • Don't host content clearly designed to drive traffic costs without user value

4. Reporting violations

See content that breaks these rules?

Email hello@vibelaunch.live with:

  • The URL of the content
  • What rule you think it breaks
  • Why you think so (briefly)
  • Your contact info (so we can follow up if needed)

For urgent issues (CSAM, immediate threats, active phishing), put "URGENT" in the subject line.

For copyright issues (DMCA):

Include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • The URL of the infringing content
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the info is accurate and you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send DMCA notices to hello@vibelaunch.live with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.

5. Our review process

VibeLaunch runs deterministic pre-publish checks for known abusive patterns, including credential-harvesting forms, brand-impersonation login pages, wallet recovery phrase collection, obfuscated executable scripts, malware-delivery patterns, and tech-support scam signals. These checks reduce obvious abuse, but they are not a complete moderation system, malware scanner, or human review of every app.

When we receive a report:

  • We review it within a reasonable time, usually under 72 hours
  • We assess the content against this AUP and applicable law
  • We may contact the publisher for context
  • For clear violations (CSAM, malware, phishing), we act immediately
  • For ambiguous cases, we use judgment and may consult counsel

We do not manually review every app before publication. We act when our automated checks, user reports, platform signals, or other notice show that content violates this AUP.

6. Consequences

Depending on what you did and whether it's a pattern, we may take any of these actions:

First-tier responses (most cases):

  • Notice to the account owner
  • Temporary removal of specific content
  • Request to fix or remove the issue

Second-tier responses (serious or repeated issues):

  • Permanent content removal
  • Account suspension
  • Restriction of certain features

Third-tier responses (most serious):

  • Permanent account termination
  • IP or device bans
  • Reports to law enforcement (for CSAM, credible threats, fraud)

We can act at any tier based on severity. We don't have to give warnings before acting on severe violations.

7. Appeals

If we removed your content or suspended your account and you think we got it wrong:

  • Email hello@vibelaunch.live within 30 days
  • Subject line: "Appeal" plus your account email
  • Explain why you think the action was a mistake
  • Provide context we may have missed

We'll review your appeal and respond within a reasonable time. Our decision on appeal is final.
